Product Instruction

1. The valve has two lead wires, which are used as the valve action power line, in which the red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole to open the valve (the polarity of the switch valve can be adjusted according to customer requirements).

2. The judgment of the opening and closing of the motor valve can be done by detecting the locked-rotor current in the circuit (it is necessary to avoid the current in the starting section of the motor, that is, the locked-rotor current is not detected 100ms before power supply), and the locked-rotor current value can be determined according to the circuit design. The operating cut-off voltage is calculated, only related to the voltage and resistance value.

3. Setting of valve driving voltage and switching valve time: the minimum driving voltage of the valve shall not be lower than 3.0V, and the power supply time of the switching valve at the lowest voltage shall not be lower than 2.5s, or after detecting the blocked rotor current, delay the power supply for 500ms to ensure The valve is fully open or closed.

4. It is recommended to switch the valve once every month or every two months to let the valve motor and transmission mechanism operate once.

5. When the working medium is non-natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas, it need to customize.
