Product Description
1. Pipeline gas self-closing valve is a permanent magnet coupling mechanism, through the detection of gas pressure to control the valve, so as to prevent gas leakage.
2. Function: When the safety set value is not standard, automatically close the valve, and cut off the air source. For example, when the gas pressure appears over pressure, under pressure, and over current, the valve will automatically close. Once the valve is closed, it can only be opened manually. In the case of stopping gas, abnormal gas supply, rubber hose falling off, etc., the valve will automatically close to prevent gas leakage.
3. Installation: As part of the kitchen gas smart delivery system, the device can be installed in the front of the gas burner and gas water heater line.

Overpressure automatic shutdown

Excessively high and gas leakage occurs.
Underpressure automatic shutdown
When the pressure regulator at the front end of the gas pipeline is abnormal, during the peak period of gas consumption, the gas pipeline is frozen and blocked, gas shortage in winter, gas shutdown, replacement, decompression and other operations cause the pipeline pressure to drop and fall below the set value, The valve will automatically close under pressure to prevent gas leakage accidents that may occur when the air pressure is restored.
Overflow automatic shutdown
When the gas source switch and the front-end pressure regulator of the gas pipeline are abnormal, or the rubber hose falls off, ages, ruptures, the aluminum-plastic pipe and metal hose are perforated by electric corrosion, cracks appear in stress changes, the connection is loose, and the gas stove is abnormal, etc., When the gas flow in the pipeline overflows for a long time and exceeds the set value of the overcurrent flow of the valve, the valve will automatically close due to overcurrent, interrupting the gas supply, and preventing possible safety accidents caused by excessive gas outflow.
