Product Instruction
1.This type of valve outlet wire is two, as the valve action power line, the red line is connected to the positive pole, the black line is connected to the negative pole open valve (switching valve polarity can be adjusted according to customer requirements).
2.By detecting the blocked current in the circuit, we can judge whether the motor valve is in place to open and close (the current in the starting section of the motor needs to be avoided, that is, the stop-turn current is not detected 100ms before power supply). The stop-turn current value can be calculated according to the working cut-off voltage of the circuit design, which is only related to the voltage and resistance value.
3.Setting of valve driving voltage and on-off valve time: the lowest driving voltage of the valve shall not be less than 2.5V, and the power supply time of the on-off valve shall not be less than 0.5s under the lowest voltage, or after detecting the lock-in current, the power supply shall be delayed by 500ms to ensure that the valve is fully opened or closed.
4.It is recommended to switch the valve on and off once every month or every two months to allow the valve motor and transmission mechanism to operate once.
