Product Description
GDF-4 pipeline gas ball valve is a valve used on gas pipelines to control the on-off of transmission medium. It can be installed on the gas pipeline as an independent component, and can automatically control the on-off of gas reliably; it can also be used together with the flow meter to realize the functional integration of pipeline gas measurement and on-off control.
Main Features:
1. It is a slow-opening and quick-closing valve, with a closing time of ≤2s;
2. Large working pressure range, the maximum working pressure can reach 0.8MPa;
3. Small pressure loss;
4. Good sealing, stable and reliable performance;
5. The special valve opening and pressure relief structure design can realize valve opening in high-pressure environment with low load and low power consumption, which enhances the reliability of valve operation;
6. The valve body is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is light in weight, has good anti-corrosion performance, and can withstand a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa; the overall structure is resistant to impact, vibration, high and low temperatures, salt spray, etc., and can adapt to various complex outdoor environments.
7. The motor and reduction gearbox are designed as fully sealed structures with a protection level ≥ IP65. The motor and reduction gearbox have no contact with the transmission medium and have good explosion-proof performance. Greatly improve the reliability and service life of the valve;
8. The actuator is strong and can be blocked directly after opening and closing in place, or it can be brought to the position switch;
9. After the valve is opened and closed in place, the movement mechanism is automatically locked to ensure that the valve will not malfunction due to external force when it is in a stable state;
10. The micromotor undergoes fine processing, the commutator is gold-plated, and the brushes are made of precious metals, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and stability of the micromotor itself, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of the motor valve;
11. The air intake direction can be adjusted.
